The technical sheet in English or Spanish downloads with no sign-up. The full package (survey plan, title report, pricing report) follows an NDA.
Step 2
Register your client
In writing, before the site visit: the name of the company or investor you represent.
Step 3
Terms in writing
The commission split and how it is paid are signed before the client is introduced.
Step 4
Visit and closing
We coordinate the visit and the negotiation. Closing is with an independent notary and transfer at the National Registry.
What your client receives
- Asking price, registered area and price per m², in US dollars and colones.
- Zoning with its source and date, and the status of every document.
- Approximate boundary over the survey plan, and drone video when available.
- After the NDA: cadastral plan, title report and pricing report with comparables.
